Who we are: Our Vision/ Philosophy/Foundation
It is: What we exist for, stand for and build upon. It supports the rest.
It is not: Subject to change at a whim, flexible, hard to interpret.
PURPOSE: To engage, promote, entertain and guide organizations through values-based, results-oriented design systems that align the power of business with
the spirit and talent of its members.
What we do: Our product and how it benefits our customer/audience.
It is: Broad enough to encompass our future, narrow enough to define now.
It is not: Specific daily duties or tasks that are not broad enough to embrace the whole purpose.
RESULTS EXPECTED: Greater combined harmony and individual self-fulfillment leading to increased quality, performance and profit.
Why we do it: The outcome, effects, what we desire to change.
It is: The end result, what we aspire to create or change and the consequences of our work.
It is not: Individual or short term goals, specific benchmarks, things on our “to do list.”
AUDIENCE/CUSTOMER: Business owners, managers and leaders seeking meaningful, effective, transformational systems for building and managing their company, organization, team or inner business.
